- Psychische Belastungen im öffentlichen Dienst führen zu steigenden Fehlzeiten und Arbeitsunfähigkeit. Wir haben ein theoretisch fundiertes Screeningtool entwickelt, um Belastungen und Ressourcen systematisch zu identifizieren. Das StaGe-Instrument unterstützt öffentliche Verwaltungen bei der Ableitung gezielter Gesundheitsmaßnahmen.
- Rising psychological stress in public service requires effective prevention measures. The newly developed StaGe procedure provides public administrations with a scientifically grounded screening tool for psychological risk assessment. Based on the Job Demands-Resources Model, this instrument systematically captures workplace-specific demands and resources. Validation with over 1,500 employees confirms the psychometric quality while ensuring practical applicability. Public administrations receive a cost-effective tool for compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and targeted health promotion.
