Digitalisation of the German administration - An analysis of ICT skills taught in German administrative degree programs
- This Bachelor's thesis is about analysing the one typical administrative degree program of each federal state as well as of the Federal Republic of Germany. The aim is to examine which Information and Communication Technology (ICT) modules are taught, what scope they have and whether they teach basic skills according to International Certificate of Digital Literacy (ICDL) or advanced skills. Finally, the competences that exceed the basics will be clustered and it will be analysed whether they are administration-specific or generally technology-related.
